The Intern, Analyst and Associate Residencies sit above any typical internship offering within the Swiss Finance ecosystem.

Residencies exist for candidates who can deeply immerse themselves in a professional setting, learn fast, and contribute. The Residency exists for candidates who want real exposure but require structured immersion, feedback, and development.

These are fundamentally different paths. One prioritizes output. The other prioritizes transformation.

Application Process

We receive a high volume of inbound interest. We advance only a small number of candidates per cohort.

Selection is based on judgment, communication ability, learning velocity, and alignment. Credentials matter far less than how someone thinks, responds to pressure, and handles ambiguity.

The process includes multiple filters and practical assessments. Not everyone who applies will be invited to proceed.

  • Initial Submission: Candidates provide educational credentials, professional background, and relevant work experience. Application processing requires comprehensive evaluation by senior banking professionals.

  • Confidentiality Requirements: Candidates advancing beyond initial screening execute confidentiality agreementis introduced early to allow frank discussions and sharing of relevant data.

  • Evaluation Phase: Senior bankers conduct interviews to assess analytical capability and professional suitability.

  • Placement Offer: Successful candidates receive formal placement offers specifying location, start date, and program terms. Candidates typically have 48 hours to accept or decline offers.

  • Application evaluation typically requires a few weeks from initial submission to final determination.
