Julia Plotts

Julia graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in English Literature and Political Science. She is an expert in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and has won numerous awards for teaching excellence in executive education courses. She has published several case studies and contributed to Valuation: The Art and Science of Strategic Investments by Sheridan Titman and John Martin.

Victor graduated from Warsaw University with a Master of Science and a PhD in Philosophy, then attended New York University where he was a graduate of the Business Administration Department. With over 30 years of experience in finance and education, Victor is an active member of the American Finance Association, Financial Management Association, American Statistical Association, and is an advisory board member for the Polish National Foundation, New York City.

Sanjay is an international investor and world explorer, having travelled through more than 70 countries, experiencing the world close to borders via customised 4×4 vehicles. He holds interests in multinational companies and has a background in artificial intelligence-based computational analysis, foundations of analysis, and statistical methods developed at Dartmouth College. He has extensive expertise in the high-tech and investment banking industries.

John earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (Canada) before pursuing a career in business. He joined a number of distressed manufacturing companies as Chief Executive Officer to successfully complete their restructuring efforts, improving capital structure, senior management, accounting methods, and manufacturing processes.

After delivering value to various stakeholders, John became an advisor to private equity and hedge fund clients, focusing on asset collection and allocation.

John Fernquest

Corporate Strategy & Investment Banking Barclays Capital, London Business School

John graduated from Dartmouth College in film studies and after several years in investment banking at Credit Suisse as an analyst specialising in private and public equity financing for cross-border transactions, he later joined the Media & Telecommunications Group as an associate. He completed his MBA at the top-ranked London Business School.

Besides corporate finance, John is an expert in corporate strategy and investor relations, and currently serves as a Director at Barclays Capital in London, helping design corporate strategy.
