How We Measure Success
100% long-term placement success means every resident who pursued institutional finance careers after completing our programs has secured appropriate positions. Some graduates chose alternative fields including law, technology, and entrepreneurship — these individuals are not included in finance placement statistics.
Measurement methodology: Outcomes are tracked longitudinally over 5-10 year horizons rather than immediate post-program hiring windows. Many participants enter as undergraduates or early-career professionals. Their career trajectories develop over extended periods as they progress into leading investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers, and corporate development teams.
Placement rate refers to participants who pursued institutional finance careers. Outcomes verified since at least 2004. Last updated January 2026.
